5 players who could replace Kyle Walker at Tottenham Hotspur

    Djibril Sidibe:

Sidibe is arguably Monaco’s one of most underrated players. While the Mbappe’s, Fabinho’s, Lemar’s and others have got a lot of attention, Sidibe deserved more attention for his wonderful performances for the French club. Sidibe is an attack-minded fullback who likes to go forward on as many occasions as possible and was involved in seven goals last season. Spurs would more than welcome the addition of Sidibe to fill in the void left by Kyle Walker.

    Joao Cancelo:

Cancelo is one of the most wanted full backs in the football world right now. He is not as attacking as Walker but surely has all the elements to become a fantastic full back. But it is not going to be easy for Spurs to sign him. Barcelona were expected to sign him but they ended up Nelson Semedo. While the Catalans are out of the race, Juventus are still there to sign him up as a replacement for Dani Alves. Spurs do have the money from Walker’s sale to outbid the Old Lady should they wish to go after Cancelo.

    Thomas Meunier:

Meunier’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is under a lot of doubt following the signing of the Brazilian Dani Alves. He has Serge Aurier in front of him even in case Alves gets injured which raises a lot of question over his game time. He may not be a star signing for the North London club but he is good enough given that he is a regular for the national Belgian side and can be helpful to Spurs.

    Cedric Soares:

Cedric has done well in the  following his arrival at Southampton from Sporting Lisbon in 2015. He is a hard working player and surely has proven his abilities both for the club and the Portuguese national side. He is consistent and can become an asset for Spurs. Southampton are known to be a selling club and it will be a little easier for Spurs to persuade them to sell Soares in comparison with the clubs of other players mentioned in this list.

    Elseid Hysaj:

Hysaj is one of the most consistent right backs in the Serie A and has been brilliant ever since his arrival from Empoli to Napoli. His positioning and work-rate are his strengths, something what Pochettino very much looks in a player of his team. He is a tad defensive minded which surely wouldn’t hurt while playing in the Premier League and it would be great for Spurs if they manage to get his signature this summer.
